Traditional Mexican Foods

Many Hungarian recipes share some characteristics with the cuisine of neighbouring countries, however Hungarian cuisine does also include its own distinctive elements and unique dishes. One of these is the widespread use of paprika. Paprika, is used to enliven the flavor of many dishes - some people say that this is a unique Hungarian innovation, whereas attribute it to the influence of the Ottoamn Turks who occupied much of Hungary from 1526 to 1699.
The soup and salad selection includes the perennial Mexican favorite, tortilla soup, a delightful cream of roasted tomato, and Isabella’s salad, a blend of fresh greens, mango, pecan and goat cheese with a raspberry vinaigrette.
